Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items in original condition with tags attached. Your satisfaction powers our performance, just like our moisture-wicking fabrics power your workouts.

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bodysuits, rashguards, or any final sale items marked “non-returnable.”

Easy 3-Step Return Process

Step 1: Submit Your Request

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Package & Ship

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Please include:

  • Items in original condition with tags attached
  • Original packaging if possible
  • Completed return form (we’ll email this to you)

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Exchanges: Shipped within 1-2 business days after processing
  • Store Credit: Issued immediately via email if requested

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding some Asian/remote regions):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Customs/duties fees for returns are not covered

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure hygiene standards for all our active lifestyle customers, these items cannot be returned:

  • Bodysuits (due to intimate nature)
  • Rashguards (worn against skin)
  • Items marked “Final Sale”
  • Used or damaged items
  • Items without original tags

Exchange Policy

Need a different size in our leggings or active dresses? We offer hassle-free exchanges:

  • Available for items of equal value
  • Subject to stock availability
  • Customer covers shipping costs for exchanges unless due to our error

Damaged or Wrong Items?

If you receive a defective item or incorrect product (like bike shorts instead of booty shorts), contact us immediately at [email protected] and we’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedited replacement.
